My Dad used to greet people with, "Nice day today isn't it?" For those of you who knew him, it was his signature...like his mustache and his goatee.
My Dad was an original, a diamond in the ruff. A gem.
Today, its been 7 years since he moved on from earth with us.
7 years.
I miss him every day...and thank him for all the parts of him he left behind in me. And my brother, his family and my sweet Mom ❤️
As I’ve moved through the last 7 years of my life, whooof... there's been so many happenings--- good and challenging.
I sometimes, in my mind and heart, have heard him say, "Just get the book out." "You can do it." "I love you Christine."
But tonight I wonder....is he proud of me? Is he frustrated with my struggles and how long it's taken me to break through?
Or is he just smiling down at me, beaming love in my direction because he KNOWS I have everything inside of me that I need to make my dreams come true.
So, today, its a good day.
I love you Dad, thank you. Xo ❤️😘

As I only have 5 days left to RENEW before I am FREE TO SOAR, I'm cranking through some tax things so I can get them off my mind and set myself free!

Chronic low back pain is one of the most common conditions I see, and for so many people, the reason nothing has worked is simple:
==>Their deep core stabilizers — the transverse abdominis (TA) and multifidus — are not activating.
You can stretch. You can strengthen. You can foam roll, walk, plank, and “build your core.”
But unless these two deep stabilizing muscles fire correctly, your spine cannot stay supported… and pain keeps coming back.

The TA wraps around your midsection like a natural corset. Its job: Ignite spinal stability, reduce low back strain, and support every movement you make.
