Hi friends!! I'm so excited to share this with you. I’ve been working hard on this since early February and it's finally finished!
I created a Golf Performance & Pain Relief course to help people who play golf to improve their game, decrease injury and feel their best as they age.
It takes a different approach to golf—focusing on the body mechanics behind your swing (like hip rotation, thoracic mobility, posture, and deep core stability), which are often the reasons people lose distance or end up with back, hip or knee pain.
