At our Nu'uanu location, we are cultivating our own micro greens! These tiny, nutrient-packed seedlings are grown right on-site, ensuring the freshest produce possible. Micro greens are known for their intense flavors and vibrant colors, making them a popular choice for enhancing both the taste and visual appeal of dishes. They are harvested at a young age, just after the first leaves have developed, which allows them to retain their nutritional potency. Studies have shown that micro greens can contain up to 40 times higher levels of vitamins and antioxidants compared to their mature counterparts. We are looking forward to incorporating these into our meals prepared in our very own kitchen!
