Alcohol used to play a significant role in my personal & social life.
I am well-acquainted with it!

I would use it to relax but also as an escape from my reality at times.
The truth is; I was poisoning my precious body with large amounts of alcohol.

I am approaching 2 yrs & 10 months alcohol-free *next week!
***(no congratulations pls!)

I’m just sharing to let you know that I have been there & if you’re struggling, please know that you are not alone!
If I can do it; so can you!!

For any of you who have recently started your alcohol-free journey, or are considering sobriety, or maybe you’re on the path but battling with cravings & mind games that try to trick you into thinking that you can control it.

This is why I love REIKI!!
Yesterday was this clients’ fourth session (and she hasn’t slept much more than 3 hours a night for years!)
She had improved sleep after our other sessions as well, but this is amazing progress!
