I started a five day cleanse/detox 12 days ago.  I used to do them three or four times a year but have gotten away from it recently. I have done extreme 14 day fasting, juice cleanses, soup cleanses etc. If I were sitting at a resort somewhere relaxing I would probably do something extreme but this time around, working the schedule that I work I decided to cut out gluten and most grains, sugar, alcohol, dairy, all meat with the exception of fish, and processed foods. People have been asking...so what DO you eat????? Honestly, I don't really miss any of it...except really good cheese! I am also craving things I haven't been eating like nuts and nut butters, tons of fruit, and a little bit of dark chocolate. I have always loved pickled and fermented anything but this craving is off the scale at the moment! I can just stick a fork in a jar of sauerkraut and be happy or pour the kimchi directly out of the pouch into my mouth🤷🏻♀️🤣. I make lots of bowls, lettuce cups, and soups. So how do I feel, you ask? Well like I said, I am on day TWELVE of a 5 day cleanse😜
