PLEASE NOTE: Our craft involves washable paint 🎨 to avoid unwanted messes have your child dressed under their costume should you wish to remove it for the crafting portion of our event.

ALIGN WITH SOUND and give your nervous system the reset it needs and craves.

A soundbath is an invitation to rest, reset, and rejuvenate. A combination of instruments are played to gently assist your nervous system into a parasympathetic state (rest state). This event is meant to be entirely relaxing with no effort or expectations. You are invited to bring anything you need to lay or sit comfortably. If needed - mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, folding chairs and eye pillows are all available for use in the studio.

COST:
This series of events is entirely donation based (pay what you want), reserve your spot as space is limited.

Mindful Movement from the Pelvis…
Spend time during this class moving from your deep core, the pelvic floor and other muscles we don’t often think about. Learn how your pelvis moves, uniquely, and how it can help you understand other parts of your body. Feel how it can open up other poses and usher in new ideas about yourself.

This class will be all yoga, moving at a slow pace to allow time for exploration. All experience levels are welcome, beginners too!
