Last Friday [4/17] under a potent + fiery 🔥 Aries New Moon 🌑 this group of lovely ladies said yes to a trial freestyle dance party 💃🏼🪩 we let loose, laughed, and found freedom in movement that was just for fun.

Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏼 for stepping out of your comfort zones and trying something new with me.

Next month as I celebrate my 37th trip around the sun, let’s gather and dance freely to my favorite 80’s songs!

ALIGN WITH SOUND and give your nervous system the reset it needs and craves.

A soundbath is an invitation to rest, reset, and rejuvenate. A combination of instruments are played to gently assist your nervous system into a parasympathetic state (rest state). This event is meant to be entirely relaxing with no effort or expectations. You are invited to bring anything you need to lay or sit comfortably. If needed - mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, folding chairs and eye pillows are all available for use in the studio.

COST:
This series of events is PWYC (pay what you choose), reserve your spot as space is limited. Cash donations accepted, secure your spot with Marissa.

The first fire sign in the year of the Fire Horse, the New Moon in Aries calls in authenticity, fearlessness, and connecting to your inner fire.

We tend our inner fire by creating balance from within. Tonight we work with the Spleen Meridian, connecting our practice to both the season’s shift towards heat and Aries as a fire sign. Neither inflamed or depleted, our practice is to guide body, mind, and spirit into alignment. Tempering the heat with the practice of Yin Yoga. Followed by a Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, journeying into your spirit’s hearth to bring back sacred knowledge for living in the seat of our own inner fire.
