Enhance Your Healing Vortex Session by Closing Your Eyes

Alpha Brainwaves = Calm Focus
When you close your eyes, the brain shifts into a more relaxed “alpha” state. EEG studies show that alpha-wave activity increases while stress signals like skin conductance (sweat response) drop.

Diabetic A1-C Levels Improving!
I’m probably one of the biggest skeptic that you’ll ever meet, I’m a diabetic and have been one for over 30 years.

Friday Oct. 18th I had my regular follow up doctor’s appointment, blood is drawn to check my A1-C levels, this is the first time that I’ve had my labs done since I’ve been going to Scalar Health.

My last two lab A1-C results were the same over 8, this time my A1-C was 7.4 which is the direction both I and my doctor like to see things going.
