Our week is filled with snow-themed fun, from making snow cream yesterday with our snow cone machine to today's snowball toss with residents and staff. We're ending the day with SNOW Bingo and a winter story. Unbeknownst to our residents, the snowball toss provided excellent exercise to kick-start our day. Stay tuned for more snowball fun.

In celebration of Elvis Presley's birthday, we treated our residents to his favorite Pepsi and lemon iced pound cake.

Elvis trivia proved to be a resounding success, bringing back cherished memories for many of our residents, who thoroughly enjoyed the music.

While ringing in the New Year early may seem peculiar to some, we wanted to make sure everyone could join in on the celebration. Our residents picked an array of music and raised their glasses in a toast to the New Year, also choosing a proactive word for the year ahead! Our chosen word will be revealed tomorrow.

In spite of its brevity and the challenges we faced, our season remained filled with fellowship, love, and a sense of community. The heart of Christmas beats for others, and we're humbled by your involvement in our 'Giving Tree' project. Thank you for being part of this meaningful experience; we're truly thankful. David’s everyday work is all about bringing smiles to those he serves—and more often than not, you’ll find him not just smiling, but laughing right alongside our residents.

Candlelight Concert Sponsored by Many. We hope the holiday spirit shines through in our pictures. Twenty-two residents attended the concert and some stayed for the full hour and a half of music.

Friends, what a memorable night! This event was made possible by the contributions of numerous people. LED candles were acquired, sparkling cider was purchased, cups were donated, and volunteers donated their time to set up, lead music, and tear down. I hope you enjoy the video.
