Moms in Motion is a supportive, low-impact class designed specifically for Moms at all stages of their journey—whether newly postpartum or simply looking to reconnect with the body. This class blends foundational yoga, Pilates, and gentle strength training to help you rebuild from the inside out.
With a strong focus on pelvic floor health and core stability, each session is thoughtfully structured to improve strength, posture, and mobility without overwhelming your body. You’ll move through mindful yoga flows, targeted Pilates exercises, and functional strength work, all designed to support real-life movement.
Expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can move at your own pace, modify as needed, and feel empowered in your body again.
