Heartland Therapy Connection is starting to offer a free group this year! This group is part of our desire to offer accessible therapy to anyone. If you’ve never been in group therapy before, then you likely feel uncomfortable or doubtful about how helpful it is. From personal experience, group can lead to the most helpful moments of understanding and perspective shifting. People willing to be real + support of a professional therapist who facilitates the conversation productively = healing through connection. I highly recommend this group to anyone even just to give it a try. The emotional cost can be as little as you want, and the emotional reward may be more than you can imagine. We are all better connected!

A client of mine brought this to me today and said she wanted me to share it with anyone who might need to hear it. She said so much of the past few years has been hard and she has not wanted to change, yet she has been able to survive and grow and feel resilient regardless.
