Our focus on sugarcane and agave spirits—rum, tequila, and mezcal—is just the start. What truly drives us is crafting a space where everyone feels they truly belong. Tonight we celebrate the one & the ONLY Sarah Sanders as she steps in to her last service with us at Fern🫶

Since the day we opened our doors in January 2024, Sarah has kept our team encouraged & inspired by her ability to run a room. With more experience than most of us combined, she’s seen it all & continues to crush it behind the bar day in & day out with a smile & true positivity.

We never thought we’d be so lucky to spend this much time with her, but wow we would do it all over again! Her laugh is contagious, her friendship is invaluable, & work ethic unmatched.
