Midwest Aortic & Vascular Institute, P.C. was formed Jan. 1, 2016, when two well established practices - Kansas City Vascular and Vascular Surgery Associates - merged to form the Kansas City metro area’s largest vascular surgery group, continuing their legacy as leaders in vascular innovation. Together our eight surgeons, four advance practice nurses, ultrasound technicians and a dedicated staff are focused on providing the highest level of care for patients suffering from aortic and vascular conditions.

You can get dehydrated in cold weather, too. Drink water throughout the day. Choose unsweetened tea or low-sodium broths, and watch caffeine, which can dehydrate and constrict vessels. Hydration helps circulation, and small sips add up.
