🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

Join us in welcoming Shanelle Smith, a remarkable advocate for education and a true inspiration! Join us in welcoming her as our distinguished guest panelist for the Panel Discussion on Black Academic Excellence!

Shanelle's journey from Lincoln College Preparatory Academy to her Bachelor's in Political Science and Business Management at Fisk University, and later law school at UMKC, is a testament to her determination. With a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and a Missouri Teaching Certification from UMKC, Shanelle devoted nearly 12 years as a classroom English teacher. She furthered her education with an Education Specialist Degree at Webster University and now serves as the Principal of her alma mater, Lincoln College Prep.

Beyond her role as an educator, Shanelle is the Founder and President of HBCU Walking Billboard, a Kansas City nonprofit promoting Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
