What if the most powerful source of comfort & care was already within you? What if you could learn to hold space for yourself just as you would for a loved one?
I’ve created 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑯𝒆𝒍𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 to explore those questions. This 90 minute workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen, and be curious. We’ll begin with meditation/body scan, move into somatic movement and round out with some self-massage.
