Today was so affirming and beautiful! ✨

It was an incredible honor speaking to a group of pastors and spiritual leaders about mental health, with a focus on faith and building a healing church. 💕

Together, we explored how honesty, compassion, and vulnerability are not signs of weakness but the very tools that can transform our communities.

We challenged ourselves to go deeper, to listen more intently, and to hold space for the real, raw parts of people’s stories.
