InterUrban ArtHouse presents the IDENTITY exhibition in partnership with No Divide KC to house the visual portion of their annual Q***r Narratives festival. We are spotlighting our founder Wes for his series, "QUEERED SELFIES," featuring KC creatives SirQueen and others.

Wes explains, "I created 'QUEERED SELFIES' to spotlight marginalized creatives in Kansas City and showcase individuals who are usually behind the canvas. Each of these unique creatives brings inspiration, works to build a strong community, and perseveres despite this world's challenges. Art can bring us together, and technology should enhance that experience. In addition to the physical paintings on display in the gallery, there will be a digital video and podcast where you can see the creation of their paintings and hear their stories of resilience in the face of adversity. I hope these stories resonate with you and inspire you to make a positive impact in your own life."
