When a group dropped out of Career Day the morning of I was asked to present about being a(n) SLP. I put together a slideshow in about 30 minutes, grabbed my cards and my favorite games & headed to present. All 6 of the classes were engaged and loved getting to participate in a mock therapy session. At the end, they got to try out some of my favorite games including Pop the Pig, Beware of the Bear, Pop the Pirate, Connect Four & Candyland.

I am reminded daily of how blessed I am to be in a position where I love what I do. Counting my blessings a little extra tonight 🫶🏼
