This was an absolutely fantastic book! Great tips on communication and the importance of not arguing to win.

I recently had a really bad experience at work. I belive i handled the situation with class and integrity This book reinforced how I handle conflict and provided me with some additional tools for the next time.

This is easily the best podcast episode I have ever watched on communication.

I love how he teaches the pitfalls to arguing. He also explains the importance of contemplating questions and comments on a deeper level before responding. This is something I think I already do.

Anyway, you’ve got to check this out. It will help you greatly in your communication!

Simply put: Hospice care is 80% psychosocial in nature and only 20% medical.
