Having a doula and a medical provider is a team approach. Continuous support and medical expertise can exist in the same room, strengthening care instead of competing at the expense of it.💪🏽

It’s not either/or. It’s collaborative care that cares for the person holistically and leads to better outcomes.

✨ A New Name, Rooted in Purpose ✨

I’m excited to share that my business page is now officially called Mother Nurture - Doula Services.

The name Mother Nurture came to me earlier this year during a Women’s Empowerment yoga class (huge thank you to my sister for letting me tag along). In that quiet, intentional space, it became so clear what this work truly means to me. Birth is not only about welcoming a baby into the world — it is also about nurturing the mother as she steps into her own strength, power, and intuition.
This line of work is about supporting women as they empower themselves through the birth of their baby, however they choose to do so. Every birth story is valid. Every choice deserves respect.

At the heart of Mother Nurture is my deep care for other women and my genuine love for supporting families during one of the biggest, most transformative journeys of their lives. It is an honor to walk alongside you, to hold space, to advocate, and to remind you of your strength when you need it most.

To all my past clients, thank you for trusting me, supporting this journey, and being part of this beautiful community. Tp my future clients, I am so excited and ready to meet you!

I can’t wait to continue nurturing mothers and families under a name that truly reflects my heart.

Team Green (both literally and figuratively) was a Team BOY!

Witnessing my best friend give birth to ALL of her babies has been one of the best gifts. Supporting her through all kinds of labors and birth plans and her rocking each one with such strength.

This birth was hard, but, she listened to her body (and her midwife) and moved her baby with such force! I can't wait to see this little guy grow up along side his siblings - thank you for always allowing me in your birth space and to be a part of your little family's life.

Happy Birth Day (yesterday) to a beautiful Baby Girl!

What a special day it was supporting a repeat family! They still hold the record for funniest couple I've ever supported. The way mom laughed through her entire labor really was so incredible. And, when it was time to help Baby come Earthside, she rocked it!

I've been anxiously yet patiently waiting to post a very special Happy Birth Day announcement.

There isn't anything better than supporting your best friend through labor. This girl was thrown all the curve balls but I couldn't be more proud of every decision she and her husband made as they navigated a long, hard labor. I'm so proud of you guys and so glad you're home as a family of 3 (+2 pups).

Just a few days late but I'm still in awe of this sweet mama! She asked all the questions and wanted all the information before making any decisions! I couldn't be more proud of all the advocating she did for herself and baby!

Watching you bring your baby girl into this World with your husband and your mom cheering you on, was so special. I'm honored you chose me to support you. Happy Birth Day, mama and baby girl!
