Teri Renner and I will be leading a breathwork, meditation and sound bath together on January 10 beginning at 3:30pm. We would love to see you there.
This "Cosmic Reset " workshop will intertwine active breathwork, guided meditation, and a crystal bowl sound bath. It will be an afternoon of activation, release, and acclimating with Maria Murphy and Teri Renner

Breath • Surrender • Acclimate is a nourishing seasonal journey designed to help you gently shed the past year, soften resistance, and acclimate your body, breath, and nervous system to the energies of a new cycle.
Through active breathwork, you’ll move stagnant energy and awaken the body’s natural intelligence. A guided meditation will lead you into surrender — releasing what no longer needs to be carried. You’ll then be immersed in a crystal sound healing, allowing resonance and vibration to integrate, soothe, and restore.
This workshop is rooted in Snake medicine — the wisdom of shedding old skins, releasing outdated patterns, and allowing renewal to occur naturally, without force.
Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more attuned to yourself and the season ahead.
