Join Teri Renner and Maria Murphy for a gentle yet powerful Cosmic Reset as we enter the energy of spring and awaken into new growth.
This session will guide you into a chakra balancing experience, reconnecting you to your body, your breath, and your heart space—the true zero point within. Through active breathwork, meditation, and a healing sound bath, you will be carried into deep states of receptivity and restoration.
As the Earth shifts into blossoming, we will attune to the crystalline energy of the planet, allowing it to support clarity, healing, and expansion at a cellular and energetic level.

Catie graduated with her Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2011 and has been on a mission ever since to share just how powerful Eastern medicine really is.

Join Jamie from 11:30 - 4:30 on April 18th. This class is offered to all students who have already received their initiation into Reiki 1. The Reiki 2 class focuses on hands-on healing as well as distance Reiki. Students will learn and practice the sacred symbols of Reiki and understand the importance of these symbols in healing work. This class will enable students to enhance their natural healing abilities and open themselves up to universal life force energy to perform healing work on people directly or in different location.
