Lutheran Family and Children’s Services of Missouri (LFCS) said on Saturday, Dec. 6, families can come to the LCFS Kansas City office’s side parking lot to receive a free car seat. The address is 1 East Armour Boulevard, Suite 102, Kansas City, Missouri, 64111.

LFCS said the event is first-come, first-served—from noon to 4 p.m. You must arrive in a vehicle to get the free car seat.

The car seats are forward-facing harness models for children up to 50 pounds.

A Missouri nonprofit is helping Kansas City families out this weekend, offering free car seats to make sure finances don’t get in the way of child safety. https://fox4kc.com/news/missouri-nonprofit-to-give-away-free-car-seats-to-kansas-city-families-saturday/
