Cupping aims to increase blood flow, soften scar tissue, and decrease muscle pain by placing suction cups on your body and leaving them on for 10-15 minutes. Practitioners say it can help with back pain, arthritis, depression, migraines, acne, and many other conditions. After a cupping session, you might see round red marks on your skin, which should fade on their own. You should drink lots of water to flush out toxins, stay warm, and rest.

Honoring Hunter Simoncic in a small way, was moving in a big one. As our community stands together to honor Officer Simoncic, way too soon after we stood together for Officer Ming, I can't help but feel a little helpless. We thank the brave heroes that put their lives at risk every day, in hopes to keep ours safe. Kaw Point Massage offers 10% off for all first responders, active duty and veterans. As the big kids start KINDRRGARDEN and the baby settles into his FIFTH month of life.... I am able to open my books a little bit earlier in the mornings! My Saturdays and Sundays are still my rotating either 9 am - 4 pm or 1 pm - 9 pm. I'm so excited to see you on my table!
