Richard Ashby, NCC I am a licensed mental health therapist specialized in the intersection of s*x, ADHD, and technology.

I started working in mental health following my undergraduate degree in 2010. This work started with work as a mental health technician in both supported living and hospital psychiatric units. I continued this work into the start of my graduate program in 2016, stopping only after I started in practicum. Since starting my independent practice I have found my passion in treating the intersection of ADHD, S*x therapy, and digital wellness. The overlap of these three areas proves to be fascinating and requires collecting education and training from a diverse set of clinicians and organizations.
