If you didn't know thyme is great for respiratory issues, you're not alone. This is why I do the research I do, because herbology is growing with modern research and I love it!! (At least the ability to PROVE the ancient techniques work, not that these remedies haven't been used for thousands of years). This mullein cough rub SAVES my life in cough season. The ability to get the phlegm out of my kiddos chest is always what I look for in cough rubs and I could never find one that actually did the job, so, I decided to make my own. My background in research gave me an upper hand to formulate a recipe that maximizes absorption and gets to the root of the issue.

At KBA & Co, one of my main topics is always why I choose the ingredients that I do for my recipes. I believe that modern medicine holds a time and place, but what I can fix with the herbs that were put on this Earth to heal, I will. We are so excited to announce that that KBA has its first & Company partner!! We want to introduce Show Me Soaps collection of small‑batch soap whose collection is now available through KBA. These bars are crafted with simple, nourishing ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter; and made with the same care and transparency we bring to our own wellness products.

Moving Forward

Over the past few months, KBA has entered what I hope to be a growing period; new products coming to life, formulas getting refined, and the whole ecosystem getting tighter and more intentional. I’ve been building out the educational side so families can actually understand and use natural tools with confidence, not confusion. There’s been a lot of quiet work: testing, learning, reorganizing, and making sure every piece of KBA feels aligned with the heart of what we do, simple ingredients, and practical support.

And on the personal side, it’s been a stretch in the best way.
