A team of international experts in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) has developed a draft document: Standards for Reporting of Diagnostic Accuracy Involving Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring. This important work provides guidance on the collection, reporting, and publication of IONM data related to diagnostic accuracy.

We’re now seeking public comment from the IONM community—and your expertise matters. The draft is available at the link below, along with a simple online form for submitting feedback. Every comment will be reviewed and considered before the final version is submitted for publication.
