🥳 It's Bring A Friend Week at FCF this week!

We want to meet your family and friends!

Come try a workout on the house all week long , Sep 8-13th!
(If you don't know a current member to come along with -- that's okay! We still want you to come try a class, and as an added benefit, we'll introduce you to a bunch of new friends!)

Our classes are perfect for:

Bring a Friend week is NEXT WEEK through Saturday. Come to any of our professionally coached classes absolutely FREE and see what a fun, welcoming community can do for your fitness.

Don't know anyone at FCF?! We've got you covered with our "gym provided friend". Great at fist bumps and doing most of the work for you!

Our coaches are able to scale any workout for all fitness levels. We would never tell you what the best way to kick off Fall is ❤️, but working out sure seems like a good way to start 😉.

We're excited to bring you a week full of fun workouts! Right on time as we start a new fitness cycle of programming.

Bring a Friend (or if you don't know anyone and are curious, we will happily provide a friend for you in class!!) to any of our classes next week starting Monday Sept 8th until Saturday Sept 13th.

Hero WODs aren’t just tough workouts — they’re a way for us to remember and honor those who gave everything in service by pushing ourselves out of our comfort zone.

Second Lt. Emily Jazmin Tatum Perez was the first African-American female officer to be killed in action in United States military history and the first female graduate of West Point to die in Iraq. Her courage, leadership, and sacrifice live on through us.

Electrolytes = minerals (like sodium, potassium & magnesium) that help your muscles contract, your heart beat, and your body stay balanced. 💪💧

🏋️‍♂️ Hydration tips:
• Sip water all day, not just during workouts
• Add sea salt or an electrolyte mix to your water
• Eat water-rich foods like cucumbers & watermelon
• Skip sugary sports drinks unless you're training hard
