We treat patients from newborn to the elderly. (newborn to 100 years old) Headaches, back aches, sciatica, disc issues, plantar fasciitis, sport's injuries, joint pains...all have been treated successfully in our office. Chiropractic treatments individualized for each patient utilizing gentle and effective care. (Diversified, Activator, Cox-Flexion (Dr. Emily's specialty) and other low force type techniques) Therapeutic massage is available from a licensed massage therapist. Alternative nutrition is offered also. Other modalities available to enhance your adjustments: instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, intersegmental traction, heat/ice, inferential and ultrasound therapy. Walk in appoinments are ok, but appointments are preferred. LATE appointmentsup to 6 PM are available by appointment only

We're doing it again!

You can help Clay County deputies deliver smiles to our local seniors this Valentine's Day. We’re collecting handmade or store-bought Valentine cards to deliver to local nursing homes and assisted living facilities across the County. Whether you are part of a school, daycare, business, church, or just a kindhearted individual, we want you to participate by making out a card to a senior. Hand-written messages are best!

Deadline to Drop Off Cards: February 3rd

Drop-Off Locations:

We will be taking extra luggage full of items needed for Jamaica after the Hurricane. We want to take 4 full size suitcases.

So being "healthy" looks different for everyone. Each person has a different idea of what is best. But what everyone agrees on is the following:

Eat healthy--good veggies, good fruit, good proteins
Get plenty of sleep and rest
Get some type of exercise
Meditate, prayer or other calming, relaxing activity
Get chiropractic care and massages routinely (not just pain relief)
