No matter where we come from, who we grew up with, or what we were taught, each one of us can experience anxiety, frustration, depression, confusion about life, relationships, work, family, and everything else in between. Therapy is a helpful way to gain unbiased support and insight to work towards health and whole living. As your therapist, I believe it is my job to offer hope, support, an alternative perspective, and encouragement on your journey. I hope that through counseling, you will learn to hear your voice, gain confidence in yourself and your relationships and be able to come to a sense of peace with what life has handed you both in the past, present, and the future.

I have a passion for working with all sorts of individuals from all kinds of backgrounds! My specialties and areas of passion include working with personality disorders, psychosis spectrum disorders, individuals with disabilities, spiritual and religious trauma/abuse, and communication and boundary issues.
