Take time to tune into the details of your peace through intentional and connective bodywork.
๐๐โจโณ My name is Mariah Studebaker (they/them) of Timepeace Massage. I am a licensed massage therapist and certified manual lymphatic drainage therapist. I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. I studied massage at Wellspring School of Allied Health, but working with the connection between body, movement, and energy has been a lifelong interest. I earned a BFA of Performing Arts from Webster University in St. Louis and worked as a youth coach for creative play in exercise in New York City while pursuing a career in performance pre-pandemic. I am proud to be back living in my hometown with my two baby cats, and to have the opportunity to share my experience, passion, care, and time with the communities of MOC BOD, MOCO Massage Studio at 46 Zenn, and beyond! I believe massage is one of the most fundamental and beneficial ways to care for our bodies and serves as a powerful catalyst for the healing work our bodies are always doing. I call my practice Timepeace Massage because I was inspired by my grandfather, a watch mechanic & tinkerer, who I imagined would stop time to fix time. I often feel that is part of the magic of massage. Taking time to slow down, and provide specific, detailed care for our bodies, can make all the difference in cultivating the peace we feel. I provide options for deep relaxation with detailed work in areas of concern, focused pain relief, hot & cold stone therapies, intentional and integrative support after injury, aroma therapy, and CBD therapy. Come say hello on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at MOC BOD! OR Mondays and Wednesday evenings at MOCO Massage Studio on the plaza! If you have questions for me or are interested in scheduling a session, please reach out! I'd love to hear from you.
