Can’t make it to a studio? Don’t want to wear a mask while you practice? We teach via zoom at the Wheel yoga. Come and check us out Wednesday evening core centric at 6pm and Thursday evening yin yoga at 5:30pm. We also have a Saturday at 11am and Sunday at 4pm. It’s always a good time for yoga.

Hello everyone. The wheel is doing zoom yoga classes. If you’re interested go to our website and check it out. I teach Tuesday morning at 9:30am Thursday afternoon yin at 5:30pm and Saturday at 11:00am. It’s a little different but it’s a great yoga opportunity. I hope to see some of you soon.
