One of those rare joint replacement urgencies. This patient had a knee done elsewhere very recently and unfortunately fell and tore some of the most important ligaments in the knee joint (MCL) leaving a dislocated and unstable knee. I converted the knee to a hinged replacement that provides support for these ligaments.
