Highland Park Cemetery has been a trusted name in Kansas City since 1905. We are family owned and o Highland Park Cemetery Association was established in 1905.

Designed by renowned landscape architect, Sidney Hare, Highland Park was the first cemetery in Wyandotte County to embrace the idea that a cemetery could be more than just a burial ground. With its rolling hills, shade trees, and park-like setting people came from miles to visit their loved ones and stroll through the Highland Park. Highland Park has a rich history in Wyandotte County and is the r

esting place for senators, judges, Medal of Honor recipients, professional athletes and thousands of others over the last 116 years. We work hard at Highland Park to provide a pleasant, peaceful place to visit. If you need a map to your loved one’s final resting place or would like more information about the cemetery, please come in or email main@highlandparkfh.com. Our cemetery office is located on the north side of the funeral home off of 41st street and is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Please feel free to stop in and visit!

***Memorial Day Weekend is here! Please note that our offices will be open on Saturday from 10am-2pm, Sunday from 10am-2pm, and Monday from 9am-12pm. As always, cemetery visiting hours are from dawn to dusk. Decorations NOT in a permanent vase after Sunday, June 2nd will be removed so that regular grounds keeping may resume. We are not responsible for any important items you may want back not picked up after this date. We will be following our cemetery regulations strictly for everyone, no exceptions. Please feel free to stop by our office for a map or a flag during office hours. Have a safe holiday!***

****¡El fin de semana del Día de los Caídos ya está aquí! Favor hagan de cuenta que nuestras oficinas estarán abiertas el sábado de 10 a. m. a 2 p. m., el domingo de 10 a. m. a 2 p. m. y el lunes de 9 a. m. a 12 p. m. Como siempre, el horario de visita al cementerio es desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer. Las decoraciones que NO estén en un jarrón permanente después del domingo 2 de junio se eliminarán para que se pueda reanudar el mantenimiento regular del terreno.
