We wanted to share the great news that the Nashua PreK program has been recognized by DESE’s Office of Childhood as “Exhibiting High Quality” through the Quality Assurance Report (QAR) system. This designation represents the highest level of recognition awarded through QAR and reflects the intentional, aligned work taking place in our Nashua PreK classrooms! QAR recognition is DESE’s quality designation awarded to programs that demonstrate excellence in quality interactions, intentional program structure, strong staff and professional standards, inclusive practices, and meaningful family engagement.

This achievement would not be possible without the incredible educators in our two classrooms who understand the power of their interactions with students and intentionally use those moments to support learning and development each day. Way to go Mrs. Settles, Mrs. Mayfield, Mrs. Carter, Mrs. Bohan, and Mrs. Schnoebelen!

⭐️Tuesday, March 17: Turn Them in Tuesday Labels Day. Bring in a zipper bag of labels or empty ink cartridges for Nashua and wear wild hair!
📑Tuesday, March 17: Nashua PTA meeting at 5:45 in the Tinker Room
🍔Thursday, March 19: Support Nashua at Whataburger at 600 NW Barry Road in Kansas City from 4:00-9 p.m. March 19, and 10% of the sales will go back to Nashua! Go inside and enjoy the DJ! Applies to dine in and drive-thru ordering. When ordering, let Whataburger know your teacher’s name and whatever class raises the most will get a burger party!
