Anyone interested in joining me for a 5 day juice cleanse? I found the best little juice shop right by my office! If you’re a patient, you know I’m not into crash diets and quick fixes (or selling cleanses). I am TOTALLY into accountability buddies joining together to try to be conscious. More aware of the foods you consume, the media you consume, where you put your energy, and reminding yourselves of your goals. Not just your health goals, but why you want to be healthy and what you want to do with your time. Sometimes just a quick reboot, especially with others supporting us, can be enough to motivate us to make a change we were already waiting to make.
Anyone with me?? Ps really not selling a program, not affiliated with the juice company. Just a girl standing in front of a juice wondering if anyone else wants to drink some juice with me.
