Cat-Cow 🐈🐄

The ultimate spine snack! 🌀 Cat-Cow is a gentle, rhythmic movement that warms up the spine, wakes up the breath, and brings your body and mind into sync.

How it works:  ✨ Inhale – Cow Pose 🐄  Drop the belly, lift the chest & tailbone. Stretch the front body, open the heart.  ✨ Exhale – Cat Pose 🐈  Round the spine, tuck the tailbone & chin. Stretch the back body, release tension.

Why we love it:  💨 Connects breath with movement  🦴 Mobilizes the spine and hips  🧠 Calms the mind and preps for deeper flows  🐛 Feels amazing first thing in the morning (or anytime you're feeling stiff)

We love a little luxury - our soft cotton robes are available for every session. ✨ But when it comes to infrared heat, less is often more.

Fewer layers help the heat pe*****te deeper, making your sweat session more effective.

So feel free to slip into your robe before or after… but during? Light, breathable clothing (or even a towel) works best. 🔥🧖‍♀️

Did you know sage does more than smell amazing? 🌿

Studies show burning sage (smudging) can help reduce airborne bacteria, improve mood, and even support cognitive function. We use it in the studio (along with palo santo) to purify the space and create a clean, calm environment for your practice. 🧠✨
