💥Last workout of 2025!!💪 Finishing up this year with my physical therapy exercises and pushing myself a little more each day! Working on my stabilizers and strengthening my lower leg muscles 20 days post knee surgery. Looking forward to my results in 2026!👊

🩼After having my 3rd knee surgery on 12/11/25, my left knee is doing remarkably better than 4yrs ago with almost the same surgery on my meniscus! I hope this means my recovery will go smoother than last time. The XPOLAR cold/heat therapy device has been incredible and easy to use and I love it! Its a great investment for my recovery and definitely going to get good use during my physical therapy and future activities. 6 days post surgery and ready to start this journey again.

🏃‍♀️ 5k this am at Burns and McDonnell🏃‍♂️ I think teamllmark did great and hopefully we scored good points and possibly medals for our team!🏅 I have only gotten to train this week but was able to finish strong. Our official results won't be in until Monday. There were so many runners!! Next event for me... weight lifting💪

🏁Last night I got to race my bike on the Kansas Speedway for the KC Corporate challenge. 🚴‍♀️ It was an amazing experience being on the Nascar track and also volunteering afterwards!! There were about 600 racers and more tonight racing. With about 170 company's participating and 2 per age group that's alot of bike racers! We still don't know the results for age groups but looking forward to seeing how I did against the pack.🥉I would highly recommend this event for next year! So much fun and I got to meet some great people!
