Yesterday I had the conversation you all were having about a certain pain killer and , except I had it on tv. Thanks to for inviting me on to talk about how that news might pile (unwarranted) guilt on mothers’ plates. As I told , the best line of defense is finding your community.
I’m so grateful to consistently find community, sometimes with lifelong friends and family and sometimes with groups who are there for you in certain periods of strife, transition, loss, and struggle. Life is hard at times, find your people.
