I have had such a lovely time in KC connecting with my beloved clients, family, and friends. Thank you. The inaugural Awaken as Love Women’s only retreat was a great success- After our week together, I can feel how these women truly awakened to themselves and to more love. We laughed, we cried, we danced, friendships were deepened and formed. We learned deep concepts about what it means to be a human being among humans in a multi-sensory, embodied way. We bravely showed up for each other raw and vulnerable and REAL. Oh, and we also did some collective sisterhood wound healing along the way. My heart is full of love and gratitude for these woman who said yes and showed up fully for this experience, for getting the privilege to be “on the couch” with two amazing facilitators- Lourdes Starshower and Cathleene Cienfueges. I am grateful for the rock star assistants, for this body of work, and for my beautiful Casa Ixchel- who held us all so gracefully.

I recently stepped out of my comfort zone at an Awaken as Love training in Orlando, where I sang a lullaby I used to sing to my babies, acapella, during the Gift Giving Show. It was a profound week of inner and intrapersonal work, and the lullaby felt like a welcome addition. I also was given opportunities to teach during the week, which absolutely lit me up! Following your bliss really works! More teaching opportunities are on the horizon. Stay tuned.
