So many therapists don’t take insurance anymore!!! What are your options when you want to see a specific therapist but they don’t take insurance? Some ideas:
1. If your health insurance has out-of-network benefits, ask your therapist for a “Super bill” and you can submit it for reimbursement.
2. If you have a HSA or FSA, submit your receipt for reimbursement from your pre- tax withholding.
3. Ask your therapist if they offer reduced rates?
