Somewhere along the way we got the idea that we are not simply human beings, or humans being.. That we have no intrinsic value as beings.. but that in order to be valued... to be assigned with value, that we must be constantly producing something that other humans value.. being "productive" as humans.. doing. But we are not called "Humans doing." I believe that if we, as a society, attended first to how well humans are feeling and just being... that we'd be a lot healthier emotionally, spiritually, physically, creatively, and that we might be happier humans, expressing from our gifts, and doing amazing and valuable things that fulfill us, first, producing more love, acceptance, creativity, inspiration, and peace to other humans...being... so maybe they could "be" ....better. 💝

Programmed for self-doubt.... Unfortunately that's a very real thing.
Our vulnerability to easily accepting discouraging messages can be a life long issue if we don't recognize it and work to heal it and overcome the habit.
Intentional reprogramming is probably in order.
Establish purpose.
Set intentions.
Become intentional in how you spend your time, who you spend your time with, where... how you spend your money.
Don't lose time to unconscious loss of self in meaningless activities.. unless that's your intention.

Affirmations, affirmations, affirmations!
Write them! Write what you aspire to manifest in your life as if it already exists.
Write them as thank you notes, a gratitude list.
Write anything that will encourage you to do what you need to to create the life you want.

Example:
"I am thankful for the 4 hours of motivation and inspiration to write today!"
" I believe that I can build the life I envision living."
"I am worthy of achieving my dreams."
"I deserve to build the life I want."
"I am committed to taking each step required."
"I am kind. I am loving. I am good."
"I am good enough."
"I am a good mother."
"I am a good partner."
"I am a good brother."
"I am peaceful."
"I am self-assured."
"Daily I spend 2 hours focused on creating"
"I spend 20 minutes meditating every morning."
"Weekly I receive $3,000...."
"I practice deep breathing skills every time I'm driving."
"Post-Its in the car remind me to practice deep breathing skills while I'm driving."

We receive messages from ourselves 24/7/365.
Being mindful of our self-talk is vital.
Choosing what those messages will be means everything.
Inundate yourself with affirming, positive, encouraging messages about yourself, your life, your habits, your dreams.
You will begin to see and feel change.

Good morning!
Small shifts result in big change. Every little thing you do matters. I'm here to encourage your sense of personal freedom and to inspire your gentle pursuit of individual purpose with an easy intention setting exercise.
- Think of 2 things you want to get done today.
- Write them down in order of their priority to you.
- In addition to this routine "task list," create another list. If they weren't covered in the the list above, write down 2 things that would be the most meaningful to you to accomplish or engage in today, 2 things that give you a deep sense of satisfaction, 2 things that you can look back on at bedtime tonight and feel proud of, 2 things that you will feel have helped you in some small way to move you forward in achieving what satisfies your sense of purpose, 2 things that drive you closer to creating and achieving what you intend, 2 things that support you in living more fully in your personal sense of purpose, 2 things that feed your soul. . Setting Intentions and establishing purpose each day helps to keep us grounded in our deepest aspirations and committed to our inner most personal goals. This is just one simple exercise that can help keep us consciously connected to living "on purpose" vs passively, unconsciously allowing time to slip by with our own thoughts, feelings, needs, desires, dreams, and passions un-lived and unnoticed. GOOD MORNING!
