Full Moon Yoga – Wolf Moon Release Ritual
Monday, January 5 • 8:00 PM
Pleasant Valley Civic Community Building

Join me for an evening of gentle movement, breath, and ritual under the energy of the Wolf Moon – the first full moon of the year. The Wolf Moon is all about listening to your inner voice, honoring your needs, and calling in your “soul pack” of support and community.

We’ll move through a slow, accessible yoga flow, followed by guided meditation and a release ritual to let go of what you don’t want to carry into the new year and invite in what you’re truly ready for.

All levels are welcome – even if you’re brand new to yoga.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat (I’ll have a few extras)
• Blanket or extra layer for relaxation
• Journal & pen
• Water

This class is donation-based – pay what you can via cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

Come as you are and give yourself this time to breathe, reset, and begin the year with intention. 🌕✨

🔥 Fire burning ritual
💧 Moon water station (jars provided)

Bring: journal + pen, yoga mat, blanket, water, bug spray.

The rapid growth of my Chair Yoga class is a testament to the Lord’s blessings upon me and others. Together, we aim to elevate the planet’s vibrational energy and create a more harmonious world. I extend my appreciation to everyone for their support and dedication to this endeavor.

This class is every Thursday at 10 am. Mondays we have an all levels Vinyasa Flow at 10 am, it is as well a donation class.
