This Friday we gather under the moonlight for a sacred night of movement, intention, and community. I’ll be guiding a Full Moon Yoga class with a burning ritual, moon water magic, and grounding practices to help you release what’s heavy and realign with what’s true.

Join me under the moon for a heart-opening, soul-cleansing experience as we gather in community, move with intention, and honor what’s ripening in our lives. 🌾

We’ll flow together, journal, and close with a moon ritual including:

✨ Gentle lunar yoga
✨ Journaling + intention setting

The rapid growth of my Chair Yoga class is a testament to the Lord’s blessings upon me and others. Together, we aim to elevate the planet’s vibrational energy and create a more harmonious world. I extend my appreciation to everyone for their support and dedication to this endeavor.

This class is every Thursday at 10 am. Mondays we have an all levels Vinyasa Flow at 10 am, it is as well a donation class.
