This one-hour course will provide practical, life-saving skills taught by an American Heart Association CPR Instructor.

Heading out for some fun in the sun this Spring Break? Keep your kids safe while making memories!

✅ Never leave kids alone near water – pools, lakes, or the ocean.
✅ Apply sunscreen (SPF 15+) every 2 hours between 10AM–5PM.
✅ Babies under 7 months? Keep them covered with clothes or shade instead of sunscreen.
✅ Protect eyes with hats and sunglasses.
✅ Bring a first aid kit with all the essentials.
