Dysregulation is when something in your body or mind isn’t functioning as it should— especially when it comes to emotions or physical processes.
Examples of Dysregulation:
Forgetfulness — like struggling to recall what you ate for breakfast, forgetting recent conversations, or experiencing moments of “mental fog,” (sometimes called “brain farts”). Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, even by small triggers.
