Five months ago, I was using wine to quiet everything stress, sadness, even boredom. I didn’t think I could be fun or strong without it. But little by little, through tough days, support from friends, and learning to sit with my feelings, I found myself again. I’m proud. And I’m just getting started.

A year ago, I battled daily cravings, nearly losing my home to addiction. With a mentor's guidance and small victories, I found courage. Now, 2 years sober, I stand proud, showing that perseverance can turn despair into a life of joy.

God planned our redemption from the very beginning. He explains that He is the only God and salvation is the only way to receive eternal life. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-present. We depend on His love and strength to overcome our sinful nature. He is our shelter, refuge, and perfect dwelling place. We accept Christ as our personal Lord and Savior and continue to grow closer to God each day.
