- late talker
- speech/language delays
- flipping word tenses

Many parents ask us what activities they can expect to see when their child works with our physical therapist.

One great exercise is "Balance Beam Walking." You can do this by putting tape on the floor, draw a line on the ground with chalk, or even have them walk across a wooden board. Have your child pretend it's a balance beam and have them walk across it, without falling off.

This helps to improve balance and coordination!

Before we can make a Dyslexia diagnosis, we would go through testing to identify where their delay or struggle is. From information from their IEP, a recent evaluation from the school, to academic testing and IQ testing, we have multiple ways to identify your child's individual struggles.

From there, we can game plan and make recommendations on what to do next.
