Welcoming CJ to the team at The Metropolitan Spa! 🙌🏼

CJ recently relocated to Kansas City from northwest Iowa, bringing with him a diverse background in applied science and business, as well as a deep passion for holistic wellness. Guided by a calling to serve others, CJ blends a peaceful demeanor with a caring, intuitive touch in every session. His work is enriched by years of mindfulness and meditation practice, including experience as a meditation facilitator. This foundation allows him to bring a calming presence and heightened awareness to all of his massage modalities, creating space for both relaxation and renewal. Outside the treatment room, CJ enjoys yoga, contemplative reading in the park, and savoring the simple beauty of life, from a good cup of tea to the smell of the air before a rainstorm. He believes in meeting each client with presence, compassion, and the intention to help them feel truly seen and cared for.

I wanted to share some unexpected news at The Metropolitan Spa. Unfortunately, the spa location was recently damaged in a fire and is no longer usable. Although this has been a challenging time, the good news is that we’ve secured a new space in downtown Kansas City!
