Our Flourish Wellness focus for the month of March is Spiritual Wellness. Spiritual wellness involves finding meaning and purpose in life and nurturing a sense of peace, connection, and personal reflection. This can include religious practices, personal beliefs, meaningful traditions, time in nature, music, reflection, or connecting with others.

Families play an important role in this journey. Sharing memories, inspirational readings, meaningful music, or joining us for services and activities are beautiful ways to support your loved one’s spiritual well-being.

Today our residents brought the competition, the laughs, and the GOLD! 💛

We hosted our very own Senior Olympic Games where everyone participated in three fun yet skill-testing events:
✨ Marshmallow Grab
🎈 Balloon Tic Tac Toe
🏀 Ball Toss

From quick reflexes to strategic thinking, our residents showed up and showed out! The smiles, friendly competition, and cheering made it a day to remember. And in true Olympic spirit… everyone went home a champion! 🥇 Each participant was proudly awarded a gold medal for their amazing effort and teamwork.

We are so proud of our residents for staying active, engaged, and always ready for a little fun competition.
