I love this explanation that shows why emotional education is crucial! I have many clients who sought therapy for their children, even without a significant trauma or stressful event taking place. Therapy can be a safe place to begin the preventative work and help our kids grow into emotionally healthy adults. Our world needs more of those! 🫶🏻
