We are approaching the next acro activation series: Level Up your standing practice. Mondays Dec 4th-18th. In this 3 week course we will be building your foundations for bigger skills. Counterbalances, dynamic entrances, dance lifts, 2 highs, group poses, and exploring foot to hand and hand to hand techniques. About your instructors: Rachel has been practicing acro since 2007 and has studied all across the globe with pioneers in the practice. She’s level 2 certified through Acroyoga.org and acrolove (aka acro revolution). Hosts workshops and retreats across Europe, North and Central America.
