Just because your grandma ate it from the same restaurant doesn't mean it was the same thing you're eating now...at that same restaurant.
And just because someone across the globe squirts ketchup on their burger doesn't mean you're eating the same thing...even though yours is from the same company! 🤯

Don't tell me God didn't have a little fun when he was creating food that would intentionally nourish the human body!
I've said it a million times and I won't stop preaching it: Food is medicine. What we eat either builds health or breaks it down.

Optimizing your thyroid health is crucial, but did you know that your gut health plays an important role too?

Here are three simple ways you can prioritize your gut health today!

1) Incorporate fiber-rich foods into your diet, such as whole grains, beans, and nuts.
2) Stay hydrated by aiming for at least 8
glasses of water per day.
3) Keep your body active with at least 30 minutes of exercise on four days each week.
4) Eat a variety of colored vegetables in your diet! I like to blend together a variety of random vegetables and create a
"microbiome" mashup to add into my smoothies or protein shakes! Doing this will help your body get more nutrients and feed the good gut bacteria!

Gisele Bundchen was recently quoted as saying that she chose to consult with a naturopathic doctor to help address her mental health concerns.
"After a year and a half of 'going through all the specialists' and having 'one of the worst times of [her] life,' Bündchen, now 43, 'didn't know what to do' and started seeing a naturopathic doctor."
"He said to me, 'Gisele, we have to change your diet,' she remembered. 'And I was like, Diet? What does that have to do with panic attacks?' And he's like, 'No, it has everything to do with it.'" - Page Six
